Authentic and decorative genuine leather belt custom designed with nailhead "coins" and metal decorations. 
Custom created genuine leather "boleadoras" for cattle herding. 
Beneath this all important leather belt is an embroidered belt called a "faja"

He carries his guitar complete with a custom leather strap which is decorated in nailheads.
