Bahrain, comprised of 33 islands on the Western side of the Persian Gulf is the homeland of this exquisite Middle Eastern Jewel in a gown inspired by that worn by Miss India Universe 2007.
Miss Bahrain wears a sleeveless gown of sparkling black metallic jacquard complete with side keyhole cut outs and a completely open back.
Top has been adorned with scattered hand-sewn beadwork in tiny seed beads of gold, silver, clear, and deep red.
Center has been adorned with a cluster of these hand-sewn seed beads along with genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
Left portion of bodice top has been accented with hand-sewn gold seed beads in a roping effect.
Upper hem of skirt has also been mirrored with same hand-sewn beadwork in silver, gold, deep red, and clear.
An empire “belt” of hand-sewn tiny gold seed beads stretch across upper waist.
Gown itself has been hand-beaded with an unusual pattern of circular emblems in shades of gold, silver, deep red and clear. These emblems are each unique and scattered throughout gown.
Back of top has been exquisitely finished in strands of hand-sewn beadwork in gold, red and Swarovski crystal bi-cones in deep Siam.
A wide gauntlet of black satin has been custom hand beaded to match gown features a panel of sheer, flowing black chiffon which emanates from band, attaches to  back and gathers via chiffon loop in other wrist.
Chiffon has been gorgeously custom hand-painted with a series of emblems to match patterns on gown.
Shoulder dusters of burnished gold, silver and gold varying hoops and chain all with a genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone stud in deep Siam.

Dark Brown hair has been custom heat permed and worn in an elegant pile-up.
