Miss Kosovo wears a favorite Dior inspired evening gown in 100% silk, two tone taffeta that is strapless and ruched throughout.
Unusual design of gown features an exquisite large rose at base right of gown. 
Gown has been decorated with custom cut gold ribbons which have been added to body and flounce.
Gown has been further enhanced with a mix of gold-based charms that have been applied abstractly throughout gown.
Genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones have been added to both charms and applied solo to gown creating a stunning abstract pattern in 3-D.
Very Dior hat has been created with custom wired, cut and painted satin "petals" which have been applied in layers around hat. 
Hat's petals each have been adorned with four Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
