Erte’s “Symphony in Black” has been translated by NiniMomo beginning with an asymmetrical, one-sleeve evening gown of deep black matte satin. Gown features, like Erte’s, a dramatic fish tail train and is slim fitting.
Gown has been decadently and painstakingly covered in hand-sewn beadwork of mixed sequins and seed beads ranging from deep black textured, to peacock finish black to layered tiny and larger sequins all in shades of black with matching black seed bead centers, from top to bottom.
