Miss Vermont 2001 wears an unusual asymmetrical hemmed halter gown of rich filigree satin brocade that has been absolutely 100% covered in gorgeous hand sewn beadwork copying pattern of filigree. Seed bead colors or crème, antique pink, lime, unusual sky/pink blend and crystal iridescent bugle chips have been used along with crème and pink pearls and micro sequins.
Asymmetrical hem is finished with a carousel cap with hand sewn looped fringe of mixed seed beads and pearls.
Coming off back of halter neck is a sheer, flowing panel of soft pink chiffon that gathers in right hand thanks to a hand sewn beaded loop.
